Would not take debit at pump and would not print receipt

The gas was 40 cents higher than when I returned home. Some of this was due to being in South Florida, some due to the close proximity to the highway, but still much higher than what I saw after I filled up that day. Also the restroom was out of order and the attendant didn't seem to care.
