Fun, food too expensive, not enough free water, the water park was not very clean, and the restrooms were disgusting!

Once you've visited Disney nothing can compare! The employees were not friendly at all. I had to pull answers out of them for the most part! There was a lot of stuck gum on several of the water rides. The kids had fun but to a parent not worth the trip.

Fun environment

We got on the xtreme rollar coaster and had to wait 15 minutes for the maintenance man to fix the ride so that we could get off. I watched the ride operator push one of the carts so that it would go over the incline. This ride needs to be removed from the park. It has already killed someone, and now it is malfunctioning. The water ride with the snakes is very shaky. Only a handful of people are allowed to go up the steps at one time. This is a safety hazard. If the ride cannot safely support the volume of people, it needs to be taken out of the park. My dad is a highly skilled welder. He came with us to the park. He looked at the welds on some of the roller coasters and noted that they aren't up to standards. Besides that, Blue Bayou jacks up the prices on everything. There is not one budget conscious item in that place. You have to rent a tube or buy a ticket for a drink or funnel cake. The park is under qualified, understaffed, and over worked. Only one lifeguard looked like he was enjoying his job. Quite frankly, the rest of the workers looked like young kids trying to make a quick buck. I have been to Blue Bayou several times but I will not be going back. Paying $40 a ticket was a waste of our hard earned money. This place is very sketchy and unsafe. I hope that innocent people don't get injured or killed for the sake of entertainment.

The water park was smaller ban expected, I couldn't use my 5 off coupon for he two day pass. Most of the staff I interacted with were rude or racist! The idea of paying in tickets for food instead of cash was quite annoying and unnecessary. My 7 yr who's short and skinny couldn't get on a Lot of the rides she really wanted to here, but has ridden similar rides at other theme/water parks. So u didn't understand the reasoning for some of the restrictions. The park could have been cleaner and less comber some to navigate thru. All in all this park is Not worth the 2 he drive. I won't be coming back.
