Belle of Baton Rouge

It needs to be cleaned and updated. Everything is old and outdated. The carpet is filthy

The staff at belle is super rude. My uncle was promised suite tickets for a football game and he was told that his nieces could go but the staff refused to let us go even after we had waited for over 2 hours for the game. Also the belle was dirty and the other staff did not know anything and they were very rude when they told me to sit.

I've been to the Belle countless times but it just keeps getting worse. To start with the staff that works the casino floor is very unpleasant, the whole casino and hotel area is very warm, even the staff was fanning them self because of the heat. My family and I went to go eat at one of the restaurants shucks, been there before but they keep changing there menu for the worse. We ordered, we got our food it was okay but the fish we got had many bones in it, we sent it back and just paid for the rest of the food.
