Attended a hospice boot camp. The banquet staff was so awesome!! Especially a gentleman named Cetrine? Unsure of spelling. The food in day one was not so good, what was that mystery meat???

It's very nice since the rooms have been revamped. Food is on pricier side but that is to be expected
