this facility changed 1 token for every ride to point system instead which cost more money per ride and very confusing for kids. very similar to an incredible johns pizza near by, which we didn't chose because chuckee cheese had a different set up, which is now not true. then instead of chuckee coming out and interacting with the children like all other facilities, staff member told me he only comes out for paid parties, once complained to manager, she insisted the real reason was their costume was not up to code And needed to go home to be washed for the weekend.
