Bayou Center

It was a small venue but was easy to navigate and easy to get in and out which is important with small kids.

We visited The Blue Fish for dinner. The food was okay and the service was not good.

Seats were very cheap but at least they had a cushion. Went to see a stand up comedy show and it was funny. Not impressed with the overall look of the insane of the facility though.

There needs to be more chairs available to those who would like to sit down.

Seats too close

This venue was the worst! For starters, they didn't have anyone conducting traffic very well- AT ALL. It took about 15-20 minutes to get through traffic just to try and find parking! Then to get inside and there's LONG lines for everything, which was hardly anything. On the website it advertised having a range of food including hamburgers. But to get there, and they are out of popcorn and nachos, and no hamburgers in sight! The alcoholic beverage options were deplorable, and it was hot! I saw many people fanning themselves, and the parking garage felt like someone left the heater on! I can't believe such an establishment was so unaccommodating.

... It was not that well put together

The ushers that help me find my seat were nice. The ushers walking around tell people to put my cell phone away were so RUDE!!!!!! I have 2 children ages 10 and 7 with cell phones. If they have emergencies then I must answer . Trust me I do not like Dave Chappell that much to video tape him. Really??????!!!!! So they were so RUDE!!!!!! If going to the bayou center is going to be like this then I will make sure not to go back??????????

I attended the Jill Scott concert. The seats were so uncomfortable and it was so hot in the place. Definitely not worth the money I spent on the tickets!
