Parking a bit expensive but the convenience to be in between casinos is priceless, staff always nice and friendly, love this casino.

Are at jummys

It needs to be updated and cleaned better. The rooms were very old and the elevators were not working so we had to use the service elevators. I was not impressed and may prolly never stay there again.

It was really smoky

Celebrated an 80th birthday... There should be something very special the hotel can do that is signature to the hotel.Especially since a lot of your clientele are senior citizens. We made the hotel aware of the birthday. Someone did come by to say happy birthday but it just seemed like an after thought

Bartender made yucky drinks and they were overpriced

Nice , clean . Ok

We were outraged at the fee of $25 for valet parking. And we were told after the fact that it could have been less if we had a receipt from lunch in which we spent over $75. Won't go back to Bally's.

I think it needs to have $5.00 blackjack tables

The Wild Wild West bar was known for its great drink deals and now all those deals are gone. Rapid roulette is no longer available and that was the main reason I visited ballys over the past 4 years.
