Rooms are old and out dated. Need to update

Stayed at valley for two nights and the staff was friendly service was good but felt that the facility was dirty I walked past a candy wrapper on the floor for three days. The carpets are dirty and elevators were dirty. Room we stayed in was ok but the hallways imposed dirty and could of been vacuumed

The overall stay was nice and the employees each were great but the rooms that are "smoking optional" should not be offered to those who don't request it because the smell lingers.

The casino was great, waitresses really were helpful and quick with drink service. The Italian restaurant was terrible. We were a table of 5, were seated and wanted just to do the buffet, no waitress came to us after 15 minutes of waiting and another waitress telling us she was way too busy to help us (meanwhile out of the 100+ tables 10 of them were occupied in the entire restaurant ) so we got up to leave to go to Johnny Rockets downstairs and the hostess didn't even apologize, she just picked up our menu's and scoffed.

The service was very slow and the food was almost double what it normally is.
