Great experience to have with your family but the cost is outrageous to have 2 hour plus wait times for rides and broken rides with no remorse.

I only went to the city walk to purchase merchandise from a previous trip. I was disappointed with there only being one universal store that did not have the amount of merchandise I wanted to purchase.

Universal is to big and separating the parks is annoying. Not as clean as Disney and having so many bars attracts yucky people

not enough roller coaster rides. not much to do, we should have went to Island of adventures.

Most of the rides were good, some were old and needed updating. Kind of disappointed not much shopping or stuff for the 'wanderers' to do.
