Best place ever

banquet staff was about average however the staff for the rides where amazing. had a really amazing time will definitely be going back again and again and again. food and beverages for a theme park where average price. definitely prefer universal and island of adventure over Disney. however I am unsatisfied that universal is removing all the old rides for new rides that are pointless. the old rides where better. and rather than Harry Potter they should have made it Tolkien

City walk was great

Universal is a sweet spot. lots of rides lots of food and entertainment a great place to visit often

We're only day two into our trip. So far the staff as gone out of their way to entertain our two little girls. It's beautifully set up for Christmas. So far, everything is wonderful! I do wish that butterbeer was considered a drink instead of a snack though.

Love this place. Don't remember how much I spent all day for food and beverages. Annual pass holder.

fun, family friendly place

Awesome! The resident witches/wizards in the Harry Potter area were all super friendly and helped us with the spells using the interactive wands. Super fun. We were really just going between the HP areas of the two parks.

Had a great show and a nice dinner at the Mexican restaurant
