It was neat but way to crowded. I could barely enjoy the exhibit in the beginning because it isn't timed out well

The staff is rude and uncaring. They yell out directions like they were in the military. You have way to many unnecessary rules and you make the people that have come to see a very solemn and historic place feel very herded and hustled through the site. You really should tour your facility anonymously so you can see how your guests are being treated. I think you will be shocked!
