The lay out is not as smooth as it could be. The exhibit does paint a vivid picture of the era and assassination of a much loved American President. It did not mention the crosses on the road. I found that odd.

The museum was very unorganized. The "security guard" was very rude. The museum needs to revamp its processes.

My family and I loved it! It was very informational. And I love how they use technology with their tours instead of having someone talking throughout the whole tour. And I thought the price was good! Not too expensive! We really enjoyed it!

Very good museum. Needs to be bigger because it was very crowded and you could not look at all the pictures because there was too many people

Not enough standing room....too crowded. People are herded in like cattle!! And the ear phones are not sanitized between uses!!!

We enjoyed visiting. We did the audio tour but sadly, the exhibit signs were in no kind of order so I was often stuck in between tracks looking for the next exhibit number. They should be in a more logical order. It hindered our visit. Otherwise we thought it was a tasteful, respectful museum with lots of information about the Kennedys, the fateful day JFK was assassinated, and the events proceeding his death.
