We parked in the wrong parking lot (Winston). They would not comp our parking even after explaining that they were comping parking at the W....was told the W was a sister hotel. So this really disappointed me.

The hotel was great, so was the staff. The only complaint I have is that room service took over an hour to deliver some penne pasta with marinara sauce... Seemed like quite a long time for a dish so simple

The people hang up on you on the "whatever, whenever" line. We called three time to have a luggage rack brought up. No one ever brought it up to our room. Some of the staff were very rude as well.
