WAY to expensive for a normal family ! Shortly after entering we realized one of the main attractions we were there for (the train) was not in operation. EXTREMELY disappointing. We saw a dead bird and no one around to tell so it could be picked up. It was still there when we left. A lot of work being done which is good but all in all not a good experience.

We went to boo at the zoo, and while it was still daylight some of the animals were not out or they closed off the exhibit. The prices were outrageous and even though we purchased armbands you still needed to buy tickets on top of that to let the kids trick or treat.

Went to see boo at the zoo and all the animals were put up. Would of been nice to see them.

Very disappointing....animals habitats were closed due to construction and the staff at front entrance were very RUDE!!!

Not very many animals out. My son has a military ID and we accidentally left it in the car and I asked the lady at the counter if I could get it and show it to her when we left and she said she couldn't give the 3.00 discount. really!? Zoo over priced for the

Their were no animals to look at they weren't in their pin or cage area.

None of the animals were out and the hours are ridiculous. This zoo was a total waste of my money!
