The wait to get into the zoo was 20 minutes...this needs to improve. We also would spend more money if there were more options of food and other services provided

My main disappointment was how filthy the playground by Cafe Africa was. My daughter wanted to play on it but the entire assembly was covered in dried bird droppings :( we are zoo members and would like this to be addressed before our next visit.

WAY to expensive for a normal family ! Shortly after entering we realized one of the main attractions we were there for (the train) was not in operation. EXTREMELY disappointing. We saw a dead bird and no one around to tell so it could be picked up. It was still there when we left. A lot of work being done which is good but all in all not a good experience.

Not very many animals out. My son has a military ID and we accidentally left it in the car and I asked the lady at the counter if I could get it and show it to her when we left and she said she couldn't give the 3.00 discount. really!? Zoo over priced for the
