Even after the dollar off special price on the cigarettes they were over $6.00 per pack, so I do not think they are honoring they dollar off special price, because that is the third time I've gotten a pack of dollar off special priced cigarettes from that store and all three times I have paid a different price. I think they are charging full price and still taking the dollar that Marlboro gives them for each pack they sell.
