W Chicago - Lakeshore

It was a good stay. I wish there wasn't an extra cost to get a lake view room, and I wish Whenever Whatever had been quicker to fulfill a simple request I had.

I thought the cost was pretty pricey for the room that we had. It was however very clean and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I was just very disappointed in the room thinking it should be a little more luxurious at the price that we were paying.
