Instead of just shutting the gas pump area down to pour new asphalt, Circle K created a very hazardous situation by creating no exit pump bays AND pumps that weren't identified as out of order until the customer actually got out the car to pump gas!!!! I witnesses FOUR near collisions and SIX PEDESTRIANS almost being ran over. All in 15 minutes.
