Super knowledgeable and so friendly and kind to new birders!

Lots of interesting choices, neat earrings with cardinals on them and other interesting knick-knacks, friendly knowledgeable staff, awards program for those planning to shop regularly, products made with recycled materials, willingness to rebag into smaller bags for me if at any time they are out of the small bags of food I want, very convenient location and the only place I plan to get my birdfood from now on because it looks unlikely they will run out of my favourites as happens elsewhere. I have already been talking to people about WBU and shared some of your Facebook posts on my own newsfeed. I don't usually do surveys so the fact that I did yours should tell you just how excited I am about your store. Welcome!!!

Staff we more than helpful and FRIENDLY; the atmosphere was collaborative and welcoming

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and welcoming. Product was plentiful, store was layer out well and we enjoyed the experience.

The staff was very friendly and acknowledged us right away. They were able to come up with a solution to a problem, and sold me an appropriate feeder. Also very much enjoyed meeting Kiwi, the staff canine!
