The attendant was very educated in his field and courteous. He showed me the tire options for my needs and was very direct about the pricing and warranty. I scheduled an appointment and upon arrival they were expecting me. I am very happy with the installation and quality of this product, I would recommend this facility to a friend.

I had a non repairable tire so I needed to get a tire that matched the other tires or the spare. I called the Woodland Park Big O and they said they would check and call me back. The did not return my call and so I called them back and they said they couldn't match either tire and the cheapest tires would be $250 each and it would take 2 days to get them. I called the Canon City store and they found 2 tires for $ 90. each in the Colorado Springs warehouse while I was on the phone with them, and they got the tires that same day. I will never go back to the Woodland Park store for anything again! I will take my business to the Canon City store where they actually provide customer service at a high level. There was no reason the Woodland Park store couldn't have found the same tires at the same warehouse except that they were too lazy and didn't have a clue what customer service is. I am telling everyone I know not to trade with Big O in Woodland Park.!!!

As usual, received top notch service from Jesse and his employee. I'm sorry I cannot remember the young mans name. Very polite, very professional.

Tires were not aired to factory recommended 35 lbs

Have managers check the work. I specifically left instructions to follow and when I picked up my vehicle the work was not completed to my satisfaction.

Have more choices in stock. Correct your billing system errors.
