The facial was very good and the location of the spa is very convenient. My only recommendation is to add a hanger for when the client undresses and a dish for holding jewelry. Simply bc since there is no locker, it provides and organized place to put personal belongings.

The overall cost for the experience is no longer worth it. The inconsistency in experience from therapist to therapist is really a concern. If I knew my membership would allow me to move from location to location or even between therapists with consistency, then I’d find more value in it. Unfortunately I spend more time “testing” out therapists, finding a great one that then becomes high in demand and starting all over again. I think its time hand and stone creates a procedure for how massage are supposed to flow in order to create repeatable and dependable experiences. Maybe a vetting process too. I had some highly inexperienced therapists in the past.
