Hand and Stone

This was only the second massage I have ever received and because it was gifted to me. The first experience with Massage Envy was horrible. I am so glad I received a message from Hand and Stone and specifically from Yani! She was such a pleasant person. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It was the perfect amount of pressure and she tried to work a little more on the areas with knots such as my traps. Mommy’s first day out was a true success and well worth it!

I am a member of the Miami Lakes branch but I was housesitting for my sister in Kendall and made an appoint at the Palmetto Bay location. I booked the massage with Wayne. Wayne, was amazing! He was respectful and listened to my areas of concentration and followed through. I find that sometimes the massage therapists are more concerned about doing their "routined" massage and fail to concentrate on the specific areas I need to be addressed. When I'm back in the area, I will definitely come back to this location and request Wayne again. The receptionist and manager, who unfortunately don't remember their name, were very pleasant and accommodating.
