Big O Tires

The guy at the front was great! He was a real car geek & explained everything - even stuff I wasn't aware of. I really learned a lot! Plus he was nice and friendly & down-to-earth & considerate. He also helpedy by explaining the Big+O credit in an understanding way since I'm having to juggle other bills too. He explained as a human being who could understand without being dismissive or snobby. He was GREAT 👍. He also said if I can pay off my balance in 6 months there's no interest. His name was Mike. He was the best!

Welcomed and received well by associate. Prompt service, friendly workers and felt very comfortable while waiting.

Josh was very friendly and professional. He not only explained but took the time to show me my tire options. Gave me a quote to consider. When I called to purchase the tires they were not in stock and could not get them until the following Monday. I let him know I needed to get this done on Saturday. He volunteered to pick the tires up from the warehouse so they would have them to install on Saturday morning. My only issue was when I showed up for my Saturday morning appointment I was the first one in the parking lot. Then two other cars showed up. When the door was unlocked, the person in a car that showed after me walked in before me. I felt like the rep should have asked who was in the parking lot first.

Not only was I satisfied with my situation, but there was another customer waiting, and they promptly took care of the situation. also, the owner of the facility has helped me out tremendously with my car broke down and I don’t think he knew it but he helped me push it off the road.

Clean and friendly

Besides the wait time I don't have any complaints about this location. I get everything I come in for done/fixed and I think the prices are fair. Especially the policy with the tire warranty comes in very handy

Michael was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Went to competition and left. My car drives so much better with new tires and alignment. Michael kept me updated and I opened a Big O account.

Mike and Jason take really good care of my needs, always know what my car needs and fixes it to perfection. Great job guys.

The service writer Josh was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the experience. The crew seemed to like working there. They came right out and unloaded and re-loaded the wheels from my vehicle cheerfully and without my asking. Very professional.
