usually would drive out to the Temecula Midas. I have been going there for almost 23 years so when I found out that they had opened one in Lake Elsinore, where I live, I said I was going to start using them because it’s just 15 minutes away from my house. The only disappointing thing that I thought about going to the new Midas was they were asking all these questions what I have done to my car before and I said well can you just put my license plate in and bring up everything I’ve had done I’ve been going to the Temecula one for 23 years. And they said no unfortunately these are franchise and they don’t intern mingle the data from store to store. Which I think would be useful for each store if they knew what the store was doing before to the the car. I hope this was helpful and I hope you have a wonderful day.

I made an appointment to have my oil change. Shop was NOT busy at all at the time of my arrival, yet staff took over two hours to complete work. Also too much pressure to get work done on services that were suggested through the inspection. This is my very first time I visit a Midas Shop.

Came in a couple days earlier to get a quote for 2019 ram 2500 6.4 on oil change ,alignment and Balance and rotation. Informed alignment machine was broken and was told Balance machine wasn't really that good for my Oversized tires. I was told oil and rotation would be around $120. I called the next day and made and appointment for the next opening in the afternoon where I could wait for just an oil change and rotation. The appointment was for 2:30 which was fine but needed to leave work early. Arrived on time and got all checked in and was informed they don't carry the oil for my truck. It would have been nice to have learned this when I went in and got the quote and not waste my time and also leave work early. No need to ever go back at this point. Your service personnel should know whats going on with a 5 year old truck.
