Excellant staff. Professional and friendly.

My appointment was scheduled for 9am but I had an unexpected delay and ended up being about 20 minutes late. I was not given a hard time for showing up late and dispute my being late my oil change was finished very quickly. I was also given a few good recommendations about future maintenance which I am appreciative of. Overall my experience was a pleasant one and I will likely come again.

Place was very clean, the guy was very friendly and explained everything to me, excepted coupon. The alignment was done within an hour.

My car broke down on the way to LA. Luckily, I made it to the Midas in Lakeside, CA, just before it died on me. The man helping me was extremely kind and understanding and began working on my car immediately with no wait. In the mean time; I went to go get food less than a minutes walk away. All in all, they did an inspection, got me a new alternator, and did an pull change in under 2 hours. I was very impressed and grateful. If I ever had trouble again, I'd definitely go back.
