Lily was so helpful. I came in looking for a new finch feeder and she showed me options. I loved the quick clean yellow finch feeder as it had easy to clean options. Lily also showed me a product to add to the feeder to prevent caking and mold.

The owners and staff are so friendly, it gives the business a very family-oriented feel, rather than a cold corporate shopping experience. The owners and staff make shopping there a very pleasant experience. The layout of the store is really nice and it's in a great location too. My shopping experience was very relaxing and fun. They are well stocked and had everything I was looking for on my last visit. They even called to let me know when they had received a shipment of plush birds I had been looking for.

I love this store. From the books to the food I can find anything I need. A little higher in price but worth every penny.

The customer service was great! Angela was incredibly kind to my children when making our pinecone bird feeders. She also answered my questions about how to clean my bird feeders properlyand showed me some products that would help me with that process. The staff were all very patient with my kids as they were rambunctuosly trying to grab all the cute things in the store during a short period of time. The products, people and service at this store is great.
