Friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me solve my bird feeder and squirrel problems with a better bird feeder support system. The woman spent quite a bit of time with me and explained the choices and benefits of the bird feeders.

High quality foods and great selection of feeders etc

We worked with 3 people in the store while there. All were kind compassionate and knowledgeable. They were happy to answer all questions and even offered to help us install a feeder if we needed. Customer service was incredible and I'm happy to continue buying from this local business.

The two staff my fiance and I spoke with were incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. They gave us so much attention and time and made the trip such a joy for us.

They helped me find the birdseed I wanted and suggested an additional one for the nesting season that I also bought. Very, very helpful. Fun to share some of my bird photos with them and they shared some of their beautiful photos with me. Although, the seed I bought is more expensive for the same seed I was getting (store closed) I will be back. Glad they are now in Woodbury.

The staff member Audrey W was so helpful and took time to show me all kinds of options. It was very nice because I know little about all the birds and feeders. She found me exactly what I was hoping to find and got me set up with a great first feeder based on the kinds of birds I see in my yard.

I just love the store, owners and employees. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I’ve seen customer service deteriorate the last 5 years, yet somehow this location has managed to give some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!
