The order was not correct. Ordered 13 Lunch boxes and only had 10 in the delivery. Associate had to go back to store and get 3 additional orders that weren't even ready.

Not enough workers, orders took too long

In one of my previous experiences, my order took an hour to get ready. I ordered a dish with broccoli on the side and they didn’t put the broccoli. I talked to the waiter and he told me they would bring me some, but they never did. No one told me that I should get my own beverage on the corner, but when I found out and went to get my iced tea, the glass had a big lipstick spot on it.

I was standing at the front of the register with the kitchen staff staring at me, yet no one was there to take my order. Finally, after 5 minutes or so, someone from the kitchen staff yelled at the other staff that they had a customer. The cashier yelled back at them as she walked up front. There was then an issue with the credit card processor/internet. The manager got onto her for pushing too many buttons. Food was excellent and the store looks well-maintained. I would just say that the experience was a little unprofessional.

I had to remind staff about my chai order. The tables were not very clean when we walked in. Overall the staff was kind.

I ordered a large iced latte. It was probably 1.5-2 inches form the top. I didn't want to take it back but definitely felt short changed.

1.) My order took longer than everyone after me to get. Not a complicated order either. 2.) My chicken caesar sandwich had way too much mayonnaise. Was loaded with mayonnaise. 3.) Caesar salad was very small portion and I ordered a regular size. 4.) They forgot my chips had to ask for them.

Lettuce was old, chicken was tasteless, mango tea was weak. Love La Madeline but this was not up to standard.

First, the restaurant floor and tables were dirty.....food, coffee, etc on tables and floor. Second, the avocado toast was very unsatisfactory....had no flavor, and instead of actual avocado, it looked like some kind of avocado paste on the bread.
