It is probably my fault for not asking but ... Filling tires with nitrogen rather than air was recommended. What was not communicated was the $40 price tag. Didn't know about it until my husband reviewed the bill. I got suckered! Up until my husband mentioned it, I was very happy with the service I received. There weren't a bunch of "waiting room visits" with additional recommendations. I was told I needed a new air filter. Ok, that's reasonable. Things were going so well ...

Honestly, it was strange seeing this location being transformed into a tire dealer. I was assured that the mechanic service I receive is still the same, but it was strange nonetheless.

Let us know you didn’t have oil filter and had to wait for one to be delivered, when we , ourselves could have walked to get it, only 1 block away ! Didn’t let us know why appointment was taking so long until we inquired as to why !!!

I had a coupon which was a special for an oil change. It was communicated to me that the total cost would be a specific amount. Then it changed to a “new in town “ discount. Then a stud broke off into the lug nut while they were rotating tires and I was charged labor and bolt replacement. I don’t know how long it actually takes to get the bolt out but my $54 oil change turned into $135 expense. I would have expected that a new business might have been a bit more lenient with a new customer. It was a tough nut to crack(so to speak) especially at Christmas time.

The manager on duty was awesome, very friendly and very professional. They had my wife's car all set just in time to close. They did mention that they had broken a TPMS and replaced it for free, but didn't have a tech onsite till Monday to program it. No harm no fowl, my wife works quite a bit in Jackson so that wasn't a problem. The problem we had when leaving is that he new tires were not balanced properly at all. Couldn't take it past 60 mph. Shook very very violently. I can not have her drive it in that condition. Plus maybe destroying wheel bearings, or seals. So I now have to take it to Big O in Sonora since that is the closest one to Copperopolis now on Monday so the new tires can be rebalanced and the TPMS can be programmed
