Big O Tires

Brian greeted me and listened as I asked for an oil change. I was told I needed new tires and received a quote.

Very friendly staff, easy to work with, got me several tire estimates in minutes. Very friendly to my son's and very clean waiting area.

I was hesitant when I learned that it had turned to big O tires. The staff there was wonderful and very accommodating. I was surprised by the way I was treated and I would definitely go back again.

My wife happened to be in Jackson when she experienced something under the hood was hot. Big O was willing to take us in immediately without an appointment so we didn't have to take the car back home or have it towed. They diagnosed the problems, got the parts and we got the vehicle repaired in less than one business week. This is our second time with Big O and both were great.
