There were no surprises during this experience and I was kept up to date with estimates of time and overall cost. This is a friendly environment and they do what they can to help the customers. I recommend this location highly. I've been trying to keep my 2006 Ford Explorer alive for years and could not be doing so without their help. I feel confident I'm getting treated fairly and the work of the technicians is thorough.
