Big O Tires

The overall experience was very fast, which to me, is a very high importance given that every once time is very valuable. They took care of everything extremely fast.

I came in two weeks ago with 2 blowouts and they were forced to give me two tires that wouldn’t fit the front but fit the back so when I came in to get the other two the put the right size on all 4 tires so they could be rotated

I recommend BIG O TIRES. They are very professional and do not charge hidden extras like the other tire shops in town. very friendly . They even brought me to my work when I left my truck with them. and the prices are the best

First off, the hours I work it’s hard to find a place that’s open and big O tires has a very good time frame. Second, the service was immaculate. Everyone in the shop was friendly to me, asked if I needed anything or if I had been helped. Lastly the time it took to get serviced without an appointment to fit me in and get me taken care of, even found another tire that needed fixed while I was there. Before taking this survey I have already told my friends and family the outstanding service and amazing prices of my visit. 11/10 recommend.

I needed tires badly & was awaiting the store in Snyder, Texas to open so I could buy local. I called & ordered the tires before ever going into the new store. They got me in quick & even did my oil change even though they weren’t completely set up to do it yet! They made it all work for me & I was very pleased. I even had to drop my vehicle off and they gave me a ride back to work. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
