Had vibration issues with work truck, service technician found built up mud from lease roads had collected on the inside the of the wheels. Big O went ahead and rebalanced tires…vibration issues was corrected. Service people were extremely polite, store was spotless. I’m very pleased and will be back…Keep up the good work, thank y’all.

Easy! It’s in a convenient location and it is easy to drive in and out. Nice people are running this shop. There’s a comfortable waiting area, which is very important. The price was good and service was fast. I intend to buy my next set of tires here. Great job!

it was a cool experience with no issues

I showed up on Wednesday Nov 22 at about 12:15 intending to leave me truck for new tires as they were to close at 1 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I was told they had tires in stock and not to worry they would get in done before leaving. Not only did they complete new tires but an alignment. I was assured of product quality and constant communication throughout as they stayed until after 1 to complete the job.
