staff doesn't know their products

My wife and I ordered a burrito and hard tacos. We were told fresh peppers would be ready in 5 minutes. We went ahead and got the rest of our food and sat down and about 15mins later an employee brought us a small container of peppers which my wife and I both ordered. The chips were chewy as well which has happened on other occasions, not sure what is going on there. We also had to wait 10mins for an employee to find a manager in order to get a refund as we were charged incorrectly. Had to stop eating and go back to register and watch the manager train the employee on how to do a refund and then he swiped card. Then I got to go back and eat dinner with my wife and daughter.
