Great customer service and massage therapist very knowledgeable. Receptionist very knowledgeable on services offered.

The overall experience was great. The massage was a very good one. The only thing to note was that I was standing alone for 3+ minutes at the front desk, and had to say "Hello" to get any one to appear. The appointment began a few minutes late, but the therapist gave me at least the 50 minutes, so no worries.

The staff at the Wildomar store are top level. They’re always very friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. Amy my massage. Therapist is the best massage therapist I’ve ever used and I’ve used a lot. She is professional communicates really well had a great personality and really knows what she’s doing. My only complaint with this particular store is that it looks kind of tired on the inside, it needs to be completely updated. the bathroom looks old too. I do feel that it’s clean but it just looks tired and kind of sad. I’ve been coming here for many years because of quality of therapist has always been really good.

From the time I walk in, through my whole service, everyone is so nice! I look forward to seeing Anna for my facials and she always does such a great job! The receptionist knows me when I walk in. I always leave satisfied and looking forward to my next service!

I always feel welcomed in the spa and reception is very friendly. My esthetician was very nice and did everything my skin needed. I left feeling glowy and reception even commented on my skin as I was leaving.

Facility was quite pleasing. My therapist was excellent. The overall experience was very relaxing and wonderful. I will definitely be back soon.

I always leave feeling relaxed. I wish there was a room to nap in after the massage. Or the option to stay in the room to nap. The therapist does a great job.
