Food was good portion was small for the price

For some reason the chipotle in North Myrtle Beach, SC frequently has meat so spicy I cannot eat it. This was the case. I paid $9 for a meal I couldn't get through. :-( most people I talk to say the same. I know three people besides myself who has called and complained and they say they follow the recipes to the T but if we get the bottom portions or if it sits longer than usual the spices marinate and get spicier. Never had that happen in the CA location I ate at 3 yrs not the Myrtle Beach, SC location I eat at frequently.

Food was delicious as per usual, restaurant was clean and we were served quickly

I much prefer our hometown Chipotle as compared to the Cherry Grove site we visited today. unfortunately, my guacamole was turning brown and did not appear very fresh. our chips were incredibly stale, and the chicken just didn't have the same spicy kick that I'm used to. my husband's steak was incredibly undercooked. perhaps the most frustrating aspect of our visit was the staff member who rudely swept under our feet then proceed to mop the entire floor, including the areas surrounding our table and in front of the door. not only is this a safety hazard (doubled since I'm pregnant) but we were rushed out almost an hour before the advertised closing time. mopping started at 9.10 pm, store closes at 10. very frustrating that we felt pressured to hurry and leave so we could get out of their way. I will not feel tempted to visit this location any time soon.
