I loved the financing options. Car emergencies are costly and this saved me. All was great. I will bring car back here next time.

Guy working the desk on Saturday who was wearing a grey sweater wasn't very pleasant to work with. I walked in and he didn't say anything to me, he kept shaking his head to himself like I did something wrong, spoke very few words to me, I felt like I was a nuisance to be there. When I picked up the vehicle he said literally 0 words to me until the end of the process. It seems like the people workinf the desk are usually mad or hate their job, and then the actual people doing the work back there are super friendly, such as Sergio, who is a great guy and was super nice to me. But the front desk people are different. I'd just suggest being friendlier and more welcoming.

The technician that did the alignment was awesome. The mechanic I spoke to briefly about future service was awesome. The guy running the desk presented himself as “stand-offish” and anti-social. I presented him with a $25 off coupon directly from the Big O website, and he acted like I was trying to scam him. After the alignment was finished and I was presented with the paper work and final price, I had to ask yet again if that was after the coupon. Guy was irritated all over again. He doesn’t seem to know the behavior it takes to retain lifelong customers and business. I’ll most likely go back for more work, but that’s only because of the respect and professionalism I got from the guys that actually do the work.

Chris was the store manager this day. He told me all 4 tire sensors were $50 each, but he charged me $80 a piece, then they couldn't even get my car to read them and just gave up. Joel the NEW store manager was able to refund my money, but now I'm going to have to go to the dealership and spend over a grand that I don't have all because the employees at this location gave up on me and my car. They are the ones RESPONSIBLE for what has to be done to my car now and should pay for it!!! If it wasn't for Joel, I would have never gotten anything. He deserves a raise!!!

They told me a wait time of 45 mins after I made my appointment. They ended up not getting it worked on until I was there an hour. It got done 30 mins later. So I had to wait 1.5 hours even though I had an appt. Next time I will just get picked up and not wait in the room.

The vehicle had the same problems that it was brought in for after being serviced. After being serviced and paying over $700, the vehicle was in worse condition than it was prior to service. I was left stranded in the street. I was not offered an apology nor an explanation after communicating this to the shop.
