Big O Tires

CAME IN FOR A TIRE ROTATION OUT OF THE BLUE THE TEAM TACKLED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE ENTIRE SALES STAFF WAS POLITE AND COMMUNICATIVE.

I had an issue with my car and brought it in as I was driving down the street. I waited about an hour to getin for a diagnostic and they eplained the problem and the solution and I scheduled to come back the next day. They had me in and out the next day and car is back to running great. They were friendly and super helpful and understanding

This location is always friendly, timely and efficient. Not the same at other locations which seem too busy to communicate. However it appeared vey busy at this location

I had taken my car to 2 other places about a shake in the steering. Both said it was tires. I went to big o to get new tires and while it was on the lift they said the tie rod was broken. They quickly replaced it that day and the shake is gone. All the employees were awesome and helpful

It was an extremely snowy day, I could not drive my car 3 miles. I drove right into Big O… they had to drive to another store to get my tires, but they were kind and did it and yes, it took awhile, but I had no other choice. I’ve used Big O at 4 or 5 other locations and they are ALWAYS kind and helpful! So appreciated!

From initial phone call of price quote to scheduling to actual placement of the tires, the service of this location is phenomenal. The customer service agent I dealt with was so polite and able to find my tires at the price I needed to compare to other companies.

The customer service was great, did not feel like they took advantage of me, as a female, in the least! Communicated with me over what I needed and what they were doing. It was an overall good experience!
