Had a damaged tire and I stopped in to get it fixed before a trip. I think we were there less than 30 minutes and payed what I thought was a reasonable fee for the service. This is my second stop at this location and I will keep coming back .

This big o tire shop is new and was great . Went to the other one in Pueblo Colorado the day before and had a horrible experience. Sales make on March 14th , north side big o was trying to sell me a tire when a new tire was not needed. Needed a patch tire and he stated a leak was from the side wall when it clearly wasn’t. The Store mechanic had to tell him after we disagreed that I was totally right and explained there wasn’t a ring of death on it, leak was in the tread, and after the guy said I obviously drove on the flat when the flat was never driven on it got flat overnight. Waited 4 hours for a patch that took 5 minutes. And after waiting 3 hours I talked to the other storefront worker (lady who was doing everything including the guys mess ups) , and she tried to help but the gentleman never put my work order in so I sat for 3 hours before she finally had the mechanics get to my tire while the guy who said he would fix my tire in a minute forgot about me as I sat In Front of him for 3 hours…. Store use to have great staff, but he was horrible and a BS talker who would rather hear himself talk….

The customer service was amazing. Specially, by Chad Cunningham. He made it very easy and painless, but also reassured that it would get done.

Mark and team took care of my tire problem of picking up a screw on the road they were very quick and as always they give great customer service I always recommend them to everyone I had my daughter get an alignment done and it was perfect.

Inspected my vehicle thouroly showed me what needed to be replaced
