Big O Tires

They gave me a price and it was that actual price in the end. The service was done faster than they told me, they were friendly and professional!

Jonathan and Jorge are excellent hosts!!! the time you have to wait for your car they make it more pleasant and give you a first class service, and they explain everything in detail without hidden expenses and you only pay for the service you need

I was visiting the Point Reyes area and picked up a large screw in one tire, and the tire wouldn’t hold air. I called Big O and was invited to bring my car in that day. The shop was busy when I arrived, but staff welcomed me. Jorge took my info for the service and told me it would be about an hour because others were ahead of me. He then went to take a look at my tire, and he was glad that he looked at it before having me wait. Unfortunately, the screw had punctured my tire too close to the sidewall for repair to be possible. He also noted that both my rear tires were very worn and in need of replacement. Jorge would have ordered tires for me, but I was determined to get home that night. He didn’t charge me anything, even though he also checked the pressures on my other tires and the spare tire, to make sure I could make it home safely. Jorge is the kind of employee that any business would be lucky to employ, and Jonny, the manager, deserves credit for his role in fostering a work culture and environment where someone like Jorge can perform so well.

Thank you for servicing my car! I drove all the way from vallejo to come to this location because everyone is friendly and takes great care of my car.

I dropped my car off at 3:30pm for two new tires and alignment, and they had it ready before 6pm

Jonathon Molina has always given The Best service. Always friendly, patient, clear and does his best to work within your budget. This last visit was very late in the day. I just left work and heard a nail in my tire and went straight to Big O betting I wasn't going home with my car but Jonathan made it happen, and with a smile. A lot of business will make you feel like an annoyance at the end of a day. It was especially amazing because my father who is very ill lives an hour away and was counting on me to be there. You guys have a great employee. Keep him happy so he stays!!

They are all very friendly and help you immediately. They answer all your questions and explain very well. Thank you for the good team you are.

The only dissatisfaction we had is the time frame in picking up the vehicle. It was not clear how long it would take.

Jorge was good and gave complete explanations. The tires I chose online were not available and I paid nearly double for the tires I purchased. I was supposed to receive my vehicle the same day as drop off, but had to bring it back the next day. I had to call to validate completion of the vehicle. That said, somewhat minor issues and nothing that would prevent me from using Big O Reyes again.
