Big O Tires

i got an alignment.

Though I can't prove it, but it seems sus that of the two studs I had replaced before, it was the garage that broke them. My last tires came from there. Who's to say there wasn't a cover up. I never take off my hubcaps to look, but I know I didn't hear anything rattling around. And the last time I actually wanted to rotate the tires they didn't.

Went longer than originally estimated.

Free installation but yet charged with labor

Due to not asking me if I wanted to replace bad filters cause the last oil change I knew they needed it but never asked or told me about them and they were not changed so I did it myself. My tires were super low on air and they didn't let me know. I know it was just an oil change but every place I've ever gotten one they always checked simple things.

I arrived a little early for my appointment. It took close to an hour for them to even move my car into the shop to begin the oil change. They also told me my tires were bald so there was no point rotating tires, but one of the tires is practically new, so the definitely should have at least rotated that one. They tried to sell me on getting new air filters but they were just dusty and look almost new, and of course they tried to get me to buy 4 new tires, claiming they were all bald, which is false. I don't appreciate being upsold on items that I don't really need when all I needed was the oil change. All in all, if they would have done the oil change when I arrived for my appointment, not almost an hour later, I would have been more satisfied with the service.

Payment was un comfortable I had to leave my card info cause internet was down now I'm worried about my card and going to have to call r he bank to get a new card to feel safe this shop need to as for cash Payment if down and refused work or re schedule work. I felt like I was cornered and didn't like it

They were supposed to rotate my tires and I was told that they did not do that because the best two tires were on the front… I purchased all four of those tires at the same time, and they needed to be rotated.. It was included in the price

Quicker as basic service jobs took 1.5hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. A little long

9 am appointment. 10:30 call with laundry list of issues and just beginning oil change. Your web based appointment process was horrible!!!! Expected to be able to sit in store and do work. Could not because TV was on and disruptive even though the two youth in that room had their heads in their phone. Walked home and back in the heat. Making appointment over the phone was quick. Check-in was good.
