Came in for a brass wood screw in the tread. Called prior and David said to just come in. arrived 10 mins later and tyre fixed up in <30 mins under the road-haz warranty with the Big-O tyres. No muss, no fuss. Just the way it should be. I've sent several of my friends to this store because service is effective and efficient.

I have had to return for the indicator lights to be reset two times. Once was because the tech didn't reconnect the air hose. The second time I had my brakes done there I had immediate noise issues and scraping sounds. That issue was rectified this time the brakes were done however. So anyway, you see my point.
