came in for oil change and tire repair/possible replacement due to tpms light being on. Was upsold other items which isnt the issue. the issue is the TPMS light was never fixed and when I asked why they said it has to be driven, which isnt true for F250s, and I am now missing a center cap on my truck. when I called the next day manager said he would look for my center cap but still havent had time to get over there since I work. very disappointing that they wouldnt call me and let me know they found it

OK I set an appointment at 10:00 am to have a new tire put on my rim . I arrived dropped off the rim then he told me we don't have your tire in stock . So it should take an hr or 2. It took them almost 8 hrs before calling me to let me know the tire was ready. Then on top of that they tried to charge me a different price then what I was given online.

I scheduled an appointment on Friday originally took over an hour and half had to reschedule due to having to go to work, rescheduled for Monday. Waited 3 hours and no one communicated with me, then quoted me a price that was so high. Customer rep was a bit frustrated with me when I got upset about the price. Felt totally forgotten then taken advantage of. Clear pricing should have been given to me when I came in was not. When scheduling an appt for the second time I should have had my issue resolved, no one was in the shop but I waited 3 hours. I felt very disappointed by the service
