The WBU in Clear Lake is great. I’ve been coming to this store since it opened and will continue to do so. The staff is knowledgeable, personable, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Very good location

Jeff assisted me during this visit. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He ensured I received my Bird Bucks and carried my purchase to my car. At the end of our interaction, we shook hands. It was more like I was visiting a friend than making a purchase. It was an enjoyable shopping experience.

All of the staff seem highly educated about birds!! Any time I have gone shopping there, they are able to answer my questions, and make suggestions. And I can say that when I get the products home, they exceed my expectations! Thank you!

Great staff, and especially the wonderfully friendly in-store pup. You can’t pet wild birds but you get pet a sweet dog who greets customers! That alone will have me coming back! Also, quality merchandise, all neatly displayed and a lot of advice in which birdseed mix to get.
