I love chipotle

I love chipotle. The salsa is awesome, the beans are great, and the choices are awesome. It makes me feel good when I know everything is natural and the beef is grass-fed.

My bowl was good but I have to eat with a spoon as there were no forks available

i ordered a steak burrito. it was okay. the person who was putting on my steak & rice was super nice but the next person lacked any customer service skills. she wasn't listening to me she was talking to someone behind her so she didn't hear I wanted extra of something so she was flustered when I said no stop I want more sour cream and cheese please.

Very crowded with slow service.

Asked for extra rice and barely got any at all. Less than I usually get when I don't ask. I can never finish my bowls usually but this time I finished and was still hungry. I feel I got less than I should have for what I paid.

It took twenty minutes to get through the line, staff had no sense of urgency. To top off this awful experience, the checkout girl at the end was rude and rang up employee drinks before customers. I've never had this bad of an experience.
