Have sufficient staff to meet the volume of work. Test the tires before installing.

Do not take advantage of a women. Trying to up sell tires different than the ones I selected without clear communication. Also claiming I need new brakes when I just had them done one week prior.

I ordered, on your website, Mesa AP3's for my truck. When i went to pick it up, it had something different installed. No phone call to ask if that would be alright or not! That is not what I wanted. But since I needed a vehicle to go home, that's what I ended up with. Then it took another 20 minutes and a couple of phone calls for Amanda to get the computer to actually print out an invoice. Needless to say my experience at your store was not a pleasant one. She did offer me a half price oil change, but that doesn't do anything about the wrong tires being installed.

You could complete the scheduled work and not call and tell me my vehicle is ready when 2 of the 3 scheduled services were not completed.
