Charli and her team go all out for their customers. I needed new rims and she helped me find some at a good price. They were ordered and her team installed them on my vehicle in one week’s time. They were very accommodating and professional. I’m planning on going back soon for a wheel alignment, balancing and a re-tork after 50 miles. Thank you Big O in Lakeside!

Tom is outstanding. Great guy who really knew his stuff and took extra time to make sure my tires were all properly inflated.

The problem that happened was not their fault, the credit card system was down.

I brought my truck in because it had a nail in the driver side back tire. They got me in very quickly repaired the tire. It was actually a small, cordless drill Phillips head when it was done. I asked the receptionist how much she replied. I’m not going to charge you anything I said no I need to pay and she said tip the guy who did it so I gave them $20. Excellent customer service would definitely come back again.

Everything was great, except the cost of repairing the tire came as a bit of a surprise when it was done. I don't remember anyone telling us how much it would cost to have it repaired before they started repairing it. I was just thankful I happen to have enough to cover the cost. Everything else was above perfect 🥰💞!!

I had a flat on my RV while traveling. I called Big “O” Tires in Lakeside, AZ and they were able to take it as soon as I got there. The tech was extremely efficient and very friendly. He diagnosed the problem. It was the valve core that needed to be replaced. He was very professional and fixed the problem within a half hour so we were able to be on our way. Our trip was in jeopardy and he was able to save our journey. Thank you Big “O” for your professionalism and honesty.
