Big O Tires

I have been going to Big O for many years. I understand they have new owners and I was happy to find the staff so friendly and informative. Gizmo waited on me. They try to give you the best deal. It is convenient to home. I can stop and have them check the air in the tires if needed. I also bought my tires at this location in Temecula.

The management and staff were very friendly. They effectively communicated all the technical issues, proposed solutions and detailed costs. As a customer, I felt satisfied and appreciated. Wait time was reasonable and perfectly aligned with my schedule. I appreciate them.

My oil change’s tend to be very well over $100 dollars for a full synthetic oil change and I was extremely happy the the price was under $100 even after taxes and any other fees. Also I was never pressured to purchase anything else! The guys didn’t treat me like a whom who didn’t know anything so that was very nice as well!
