Good impression the first time as to why mentioned in the highly satisfying

I used to eat regularly at a la Madeleine cafe in Austin, TX. This location is fresh and new compared to others I have visited. The staff was calm and steady, no sign of panic among the employees which in turn made me want to slow down to enjoy my experience. The cashier clearly explained the survey opportunity which stimulated me to complete it.
