The whole experience was quick and easy at the location I went to. And it was very close to home. The personnel there got me in and out quickly.

Always room to do better. It’s not a big deal but there was a coffee maker but no coffee.

Had my car inspected and was quoted struts and brakes needing to be replaced. Never was informed of a torn drive shaft thing that could have also been replaced during this visit to limit the labor I’m gonna pay coming back to get it done. I can do brakes myself but not the drive shafts or steering components.

Tires were late on arriving the day i was told they would be there in the morning, they didn't show up till 4pm. Went back a couple days later to finish my service i already paid for, was told it was 45-60min wait. Not stores fault at all, they were just busy but if service is paid for, kind of want it done quick.

I was charged $49.99 for my oil change and tire rotation. But, the special was for $39.99. I didn’t notice until I looked at the receipt when I got home.

I had two separate appointments booked online, neither of which appeared in the local office's system when I arrived. First, the worker tried to gaslight me by saying the appointments had never been confirmed, which didn't go over well since the subject line of emails you sent explicitly say "Midas Appointment Confirmation." When I showed him that, he then said the problem is that the online scheduling is done by corporate, which doesn't communicate them to the local office, so I need to call their office for appointments. That makes no sense; why even have the online system if it doesn't actually work?
